Refund Policy

If Formera is not the right fit for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies to the Lifetime planner and the first month of Sync.
How to request a refund
Our payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, please visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or email us at hello@formeraofficial.com and we will help you.
Sync subscriptions
You can cancel your Sync subscription at any time from paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future billing. If you cancel within 14 days of your first Sync payment, you are eligible for a full refund of that payment. After the 14 day window, you keep access to Sync until the end of your current billing period and are not charged again.
Lifetime planner
The Lifetime planner is a one off purchase and is covered by the same 14 day refund period. After the 14 day window, the Lifetime purchase is non refundable, but the planner remains yours to keep on the device where you set it up.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method. It usually takes 3 to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
